I developed the BREAK Thru Model to help business owners focus on the tangible and intangible aspects of a successful business! We will focus on this model as we work together on your coaching journey.

BREAK Thru
B – Belief – is powerful
If you believe you can do something….you most likely can. You will figure out a way to do it. On the other hand if you believe you can’t….well then you can’t. It doesn’t matter how simple the task is, or how many strategies you have, you will not allow your mind to figure out how to do it.
What do you believe? What are you doing to enhance your beliefs?
R – Resilience – the quality that sets leaders apart
Can you stand up after you fall down? Can you bounce back from failures? Or would you let setbacks derail you from achieving your goals? Every business owner has setbacks – it’s not what happens to you that’s important….it’s what you do after that, that determines your success. Do you react or do you respond?
Resilience is what gives people the psychological strength to cope with whatever is thrown at them. Learn how to develop your resilience so you can keep moving forward.
E – Emotional Intelligence – the ability to identify and manage emotions
People with a high degree of emotional intelligence know what they are feeling, what their emotions mean and how to manage their emotions.
They also know how to channel their emotions to work for them instead of against them and finally how to make their emotions affect others positively by bringing out the best in people around them.
A – Attitude – is everything
Your attitude determines your altitude. We all have a choice of how to respond to a particular situation – make it a positive choice.
Read positive things and surround yourself by positive people and see what a huge difference it makes to you and everything you say and do. You can’t control a lot of events around you – but you can control your attitude and your outlook to everything.
K – Knowledge – is power
What are you doing on a regular basis to enhance your knowledge?
Learning is an ongoing process and you are never to old to learn something new. You cannot operate in the same way and expect different results. The only constant in business is change. Business is ever changing – embrace learning and knowledge and go the extra mile….and see what a huge difference it can make.
