The Coaching Process

  1. The initial free clarity session: Coaching is a two way process so the initial strategy session will help us to understand each other and evaluate if we are a good fit. It will also help you understand how you can benefit from the coaching process and give you vital inputs to enable you to decide if you want to embark on this coaching journey..
  2. Pre-coaching assessment: After we have decided to work together I will request you to fill out a pre-coaching questionnaire as well as some documents. This will enable me to assess you and where you are with respect to your business and customise the sessions to give you maximum benefit.
  3. The strategy session: The first coaching session is a strategy session and lasts for 90 minutes. I would ask you some thought provoking questions and give you an opportunity to explore what you want to achieve. We can explore some areas/goals you would like to work towards in our coaching sessions.
  4. Regular coaching sessions: The main stage of the journey. Coaching sessions are usually held fortnightly or monthly and are filled with exploration, discovery and learning. We will identify and work on your unique strengths, find ways to work around your weaknesses, overcome limiting beliefs, learn new skills, understand your motivators, empower you to understand yourself better and how to deal effectively with others. All of this will enable you to realise whatever you want to achieve.
  5. Email communication in between sessions: Throughout and after your coaching journey you will be able to contact me via email for any extra support you need or questions you might have.
