The RISE Model

I developed the RISE Model as a way of bringing together some of the key areas I explore through coaching.

It provides a framework for stepping back, understanding what’s really going on and exploring what might help you move forward – personally, professionally or both.

The model isn’t a fixed programme or something you need to work through step by step. We’ll focus on areas that are most relevent to you, depending on where you are and what you want to achieve.

Building your ability to navigate challenges, adapt to change and keep moving forward.

Resilience isn’t about simply pushing through. It’s about understanding how you respond to challenges, learning from experience and finding ways to move forward when things don’t go to plan.

Stepping back, challenging your thinking and seeing things from a different perspective.

Coaching gives you space to explore what’s really going on, question assumptions and uncover perspectives or possibilities that might otherwise be missed.

Understanding yourself and how you show up.

This includes recognising your strengths, patterns, behaviours and emotions – and understanding how they influence the way you think, make decisions and connect with others.

Building confidence in your own ability to make decisions, take action and create meaningful change.

The aim isn’t for me to tell you what to do. It’s to help you develop the clarity and confidence to make choices that feel right for you and move forward with purpose.

The RISE Model isn’t a formula, and you don’t need to work through each element in a particular order.

Your coaching journey will be shaped around you, where you are now and what you want to achieve. The model simply provides another way of looking at what’s happening and identifying where a shift might be possible

I’d love to hear what you’re thinking about and explore whether coaching could be useful for you
